Last week’s Simply Fly! award goes to the increasingly beautiful NIA LONG. Her simply noir cocktail dress was a perfect choice for last weeks Black & White Gala for the Obama/Biden campaign. And her muted make-up, sleek hair and chunky late summer sandals finshed the look perfectly.
