With the December 1st trial set set in the case against AKON for reckless endangerment of a minor (stemming from a 2007 incident where he alledgedly tossed a 15 year old concert-goer from his stage), the singer is in hot water again. 

A video is criculating from a show last weekend which shows the Senegalese singer assaulting a female fan, who’s age is not known. 

There was no word from the singers camp.
