As we reported yesterday, Linda Williams, the mother of Damon Dash’s 16 year-old son Boogie, was due to produce the boy in court for an emergency hearing. However Williams and Dash Jr, were a no show. 

The judge in the case says she’ll issue a bench warrant if she fails to show again today. No reason was given as to why she skipped the date. However Williams has been very clear that she feels that Dash is an unfit father, despite Dame’s sole legal custody of their son. 

Dash also has two daughters with his wife, designer Rachel Roy.
