RIHANNA, it seems, has fulfuilled her Gucci/UNICEF obligation yesterday with three serparate events. The Grammy winner signed on to be the spokesperson for the Gucci Tattoo Heart Collection which donates 25% of sales to UNICEF to help fight HIV/AIDS in African countries. 

RihRih began the day with the lighting of the UNICEF Snowflake in NYC (the outdoor pic w/ coat), which also included a performance by NE-YO. Then she moved on to a cocktial reception to launch the new collection (large pic at the top). And after a quick slip into the lavendar frock, Rih hosted the dinner, which also welcomed MARY J. BLIGE, MADONNA and TIMBALAND. 

Oh and that new tat that everyone is talking about? Rih talked to People mag about the exotic ink she got while touring in New Zealand recently. 

“It’s tribal, it represents strength and love. It’s their traditional way of tattooing, I always wanted [one].”
