Talk about pressure.
DRAKE is everywhere, blowing up radio, making cameos in videos, becoming tabloid chatter and even selling out stops on his promo tour – And he’s yet to even drop his debut CD. But don’t think for one moment that means the ‘relative’ newbie doesn’t have epic plans lined up for his first official project…
MTV caught up with the Toronto native (and yes former Degrassi High alum) at his sold out NYC show last week and Wheelchair Jimmy opened up about the big names planned for the much-anticipated Thank Me Later.
“Everybody is looking for this one joint with me and Jay, so that needs to happen, my goal at this point is to keep making that organic music. I don’t wanna feel pressure now that I have a single and music that’s hot.”
JAY-Z won’t be the only monster along for the ride. Also on board the project is uber-talent KANYE WEST and of course the almost co-star to Drizzy’s solid mixtape So Far Gone, his Young Money helmer, LIL WAYNE.
“I don’t wanna be pressured … that, ‘Oh I have to have radio hits.’ I just wanna make music people enjoy.”
Thank Me Later is due out in the fall…

Drake is starting to get on my EFFIN’ nerves! UGH!
