Despite his attorney’s efforts, Brown’s preliminary hearing begins June 22nd. Donald Etra, the attorney for Rihanna (nee Robyn Fenty) confirmed that she has been subpeonead and if called ”will answer any lawfully posed questions by the district attorney and defense counsel.”
