Looks like TEYANA TAYLOR is having a bit of an identity theft problem.
The singer (remember she had a song?) says that she’s tired of being credited in the press as none other than RIHANNA.
A couple days after sitting courtside alongside Rih’s on-again/off-again boyfriend CHRIS BROWN, Taylor came across a pic of her used as ‘evidence’ that Rih and Chris attended the game together. (Rih and Chris did both attend the same NBA playoff game but they sat separately and were never photographed together). But a pissed off Taylor took to her twitter page to set the record straight.
“omgggggg if one more reporter say that im rihanna im gonna go crazzzzzzzzyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy … I wish the AP would do a little research. since wen am i RIhanna ... yahoo and everybody else just did a biggg f***in s**t“
Now before anyone goes firing off any ‘Teyana’s talking shit‘ blog posts, she and Rih are girls and I actually agree with her that the AP needs to bone up on their ‘Urban Celeb’ knowledge…Obama outta pass the ‘Not all of us look alike’ Bill.
On the other hand, when’s the last time Teyana got a AP photo credit as herself? I’m just sayin…
she better take what she can get…
OK, it’s true that AP et al need to do their research, and it would help if they remembered that Tey has long hair, while Rhi has short hair. It’s not that hard. Long, short! Short, long!
In fairness, it would also help if she didn’t look just like Rihanna, though
