This year due to economic decrease and recession he raked in approximately $35 million. That’s about a 57% difference in earned revenue for Mr. Carter. Never the less he is still the top earner in all of Hip Hop. Forbes labels him Hip Hop Cash King as he assumes the #1 position. The top three registers DIDDY as #2 and KANYE as the #3 Cash King. Each gentlmen is only separated by a $5 million dollar difference. Both Carter and Combs are down several million from 2008. Entertainers earn the majority of their huge incomes via licensing and endorsements.
