Former NFL star Quarterback, STEVE MCNAIR ,dies of gunshot wounds to the head at the age of 36. He was shot multiple times in Nashville, Tennessee. Another woman who has been identified as Sahel Kazemi assumed as being a girlfriend to MCNAIR ,age 20, was also found dead in a rented condominium.

Don Aaron, a spokesman for the Nashville Metropolitan Police Department did not classify the incident which is under investigation. A law enforcement source told CNN that that it is believed that Sahel Kazemi was the girlfriend of late quarterback.

McNair played 13 seasons in the NFL and led the Titans within a yard of forcing overtime in the 2000 Super Bowl, which they lost 23-16 to the St. Louis Rams. He also played for the Baltimore Ravens before retiring in April 2008. “We don’t know the details, but it is a terrible tragedy and our hearts go out to the families involved,” NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said in a statement.
