As you are aware, Stallworth served 24 days of a 30 day sentence for hitting and killing a pedestrian while drunk driving. That's why The Century Council is working to ensure that the punishment will truly fit the crime, and that the jail sentences resulting from DUIs will discourage people from drinking and driving, not encourage them.
