USHER has been splashing himself about magazine covers as of late. He’s been schmoozing and socializing in the lime and getting camera friendly again. His latest cover success is with Uptown Magazine. I have to give him credit. His image is impeccable. He hardly ever misses when it comes to style and panache. And with the crude sexual content of modern day R&B, the gentlemen like image is refreshing. Now I know some of you may be thinking “Love In This Club”, Mecca Donna? Well, at least when he speaks and looks the part.

He is looking quite refined (alien shaped head not withstanding) . But he can’t help that. It comes to my mind that the ATLien is quite a cameleon or one heck of an illusionist.  Beneath this carefully crafted elegance is a plain old country boy. And being a southerner I can account to the overwhelming lack of  elegance in most southern boys from the hood. Usher polishes up so nice one can barely point out where he’s from by looks alone. I love it.

The baby faced crooner also never misses when he wants to raise an eyebrow from his adoring feminine on lookers. Here he pictured slick and sleek leaving eyes glued to print (a rare phenomena) and imaginations buzzing with intrigue.
