*Sigh* SOULJA BOY (nee Deandre Way) was arrested Wednesday evening in Henry County Georgia after police were called to investigate reports of a disturbance at an abandoned house.

Upon their arrival police say they found an unauthorized video shoot taking place in the back yard of the empty home. All of the about 40 tress-passers ran – including Soulja Boy.

But the newly escurled rapper returned to the home several hours later to retrieve his Range Rover which was left behind when he originally fled on foot. He was taken into custody and charged with Obstruction of Justice, which is a misdemeanor.

He was released on his own accord and must return to court in two weeks. Soulja Boy has released no statement. It is likely that the charges will be dropped and no jail time is expected.
