Look like there’s more drama ahead for SOULJA BOY. As if last weeks arrest wasn’t enough, the 18 year old rapper is in the dog house with his Los Angeles landlord.

Apparently Soulja Boy (nee Deandre Way) isn’t a very good tenant, violating several terms of the lease on his rented condo. Between having loud parties, too many cars parked in the garage and random strangers roaming the halls of the gated building, Soulja is not likely to get tenant of the year. And then there’s the matter of almost $10k in back rent and fees that he owes.

All of this was made public in a series of letters the landlord sent to Way in an effort to get the Georgia native to either shape up or ship our…And of course pay up.
