I’ve said from the beginning, I wish DRAKE and J. COLE could switch places. But the Toronto bred MC had a chance to hit the stage with one of his major influences this weekend when JAY-Z brought his BP3 tour up north.

The duo performed Drizzy’s monster ‘Successful’. Can you imagine having Hov as your hype man? Talk about a dream moment.

Earlier in the day Jay hit up TO’s Music On Demand and had some words of advice for the Degrassi alum who’s buzz has suffered some minor set backs including two bum videos, an album push back and being sidelined by knee surgery.

“He (Drake) just need to focus…He has proven that he is very talented with that mix-tape which was phenomenal…He just has to maintain that momentum, because right now all the eyes are on him. I think he is going to be fine. If he stays focus he will be fine.”
