The last Billboard cover of 2009 goes to MARY J. BLIGE. She is looking more and more elegant these days and she pulls off this cover with a touch of class.

Her new album Stronger–renamed from Stronger with Each Tear is slated to release the week of Dec 25th. MJB is spreading her wings and venturing into the making of sunglasses and a new charity organization.
