So SHAQ’S been busy lately. In between his charitable works (and by that I mean his current stint as a Cleavland Cav), and making up words, O’neal found time to send his lawyers into court to block his soon-to-be ex-wife from filing for divorce in the State of California.

Early last month, SHAUNIE O’NEAL flew to her native Los Angeles and days later filed for a legal separation with the intent of divorce. All of this came on the heals of the revelation that her husband of seven years had been having an affair with Laura Grovan – the fiance and baby-mama of fellow ball player Gilbert Arenas.

California being a community property state, Shaunie (who has four children with Shaq) stands to get more in the settlement but Shaq is saying no deal. Why? Well because they have lived in Florida since Shaq left the Lakers in 2004.

The judge is expected to make a ruling within the next week.

And DWIGHT ‘Cocoa Shoulders’ HOWARD is bringing a whole new meaning to the phrase ‘Keep my name out your mouth.’

When the mother of his 2 year old son, Royce Reed too her war with Howard to the blogs and twitter, Howard took it to court. The Orlando Magic center has obtained a permanent injunction barring Reed from, get this, speaking/writing or communicating his name, likeness or brand.

Damn. That’s rough business.
