PHARRELL WILLIAMS believes there’s much more to being an artist than producing Grammy Award winning beat catalogs. The Neptune N.E.R.D has created ARTST Guild & Gallery. It’s an online community for artist to connect, share and hone their artistic passions. “Being in N.E.R.D. you’ll notice that we always send out messages about what kids can do, what they can become, you can wait for the stars to align for you or you can reach up into the sky and align the stars. We created this network to give people an opportunity to get the visibility they deserve, to reach into the sky.” says Williams. This pop depiction of Pharrell by Philadelphia native, ALIM SALAHUD-DIN is exactly what he had in mind.  In 2010 it’s about being into something that’s bigger than your ego. That’s what  ARTST Guild is for Pharrell.Spell it right. “There is no I because it’s not about me,” says Skateboard P.
