BREAKING NEWS: In the case of The King of Pop’s death, his personally hired Physician, CONRAD MURRAY has been officially charged today. Although the JACKSON family wanted at charge of second degree murder or greater the charges are announced to be involuntary manslaughter.

Dr. Murray is a Houston cardiologist and MICHAEL JACKSON was under his care at the time of his death on June 25th. In Los Angeles Dr. Murray administered an anesthetic Propofol and two other sedatives to help Jackson’s insomnia while he prepared for his comeback tour in London. MURRAY faces up to four years imprisonment if convicted. Dr. Murray’s lawyer, ED CHERNOFF, says they will not plead guilty and “will fight like hell.” Stay tuned for updates.
