We’ve learned the judge in the DAMON DASH custody battle finally lost her patience and issued a bench warrant yesterday. Linda Williams is still defying the judge’s order to return Damon II (aka Boogie), whom she picked up weeks ago for a weekend visit and hasn’t returned. The whereabouts of the child are unknown.

As we reported yesterday, Linda Williams, the mother of Damon Dash’s 16 year-old son Boogie, was due to produce the boy in court for an emergency hearing. However Williams and Dash Jr, were a no show.

Linda Williams — who’s the mother of Damon Dash II, aka “Boogie” — hasn’t allowed Damon to see Boogie. So Dash’s lawyer, Robert Wallack, has filed a motion to make Linda physically bring the son to court.

Eastern Savings Bank has a bone to pick with DAMON DASH. The New York based lender says Jay’s former business partner owes $78K in mortgage payments for two Tribeca apartments, and is suing Dash to get the jack. According to the lawsuit, he hasn’t paid up since January on the combined $7.3 million mortgage.
